What if I am pregnant?

We strongly recommend not running in the 12KM or 21KM races but for the 5KM Bubble Dash it's totally up to what you decide. However please consult your doctor before registering.  The foam/ bubbles are of-course non-toxic and 100% safe and simply made by mixing water with a soap based solution of highly foaming surfactants (similar to dishwashing liquid).  You can also wear sunglasses or goggles, and a mask over your mouth and nose in the Foam Zones just for extra protection.

What happens if there is bad weather?

A little rain won't stop the event! Though of-course in the very unlikely situation of extreme weather conditions, and the event having to be cancelled, all participants will be informed as soon as possible.
